Kate King (Brown)

Kate is a New Hampshire–based real estate investor, educator, and entrepreneur specializing in value-add and BRRRR strategies across New England. She has been involved in real estate for over two decades and has been a licensed REALTOR® since 2005, holding licenses in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. 

With more than 15 years of experience in corporate accounting and finance, Kate developed strong analytical and deal-structuring skills that power her investment approach today. She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Finance & Economics and Accounting, along with a Master’s in Business with a focus on Entrepreneurship.

Kate currently serves as the New Hampshire President of BRRRR Invest Academy (BIA), a nationwide real estate group dedicated to investor education and financial freedom through real estate. She is passionate about creative deal structuring, scaling rental portfolios, and empowering new and experienced investors through hands-on learning and community collaboration.

Kate also serves on the Board of Directors for the New Hampshire Real Estate Investment (NHREIA) Chapter.  Within this role, she serves as the Chairperson for the Speaker and Education Committee.  Please reach out if you would like to be a speaker at our next event!

Chad specializes in deal analysis, construction management (backed by 13+ years in the field), and raising private capital (OPM) to scale deals.  He brings accountability, direct guidance, mindset development, and strategic problem solving to help investors break through obstacles. 

Chad has over 5 years of real estate investing experience  has completed 13 single-family deals made up of both flips and BRRRR projects. He also has 15+ years in the construction industry with extensive hands-on experience executing full gut rehabs from start to finish.  Chad is a direct and no-excuses type of guy—he figures out what needs to be done and pursues it with relentless intensity until the mission is accomplished. 

Chad currently serves as the Washington President of BRRRR Invest Academy (BIA), a nationwide real estate group dedicated to investor education and financial freedom through real estate. Outside of real estate, he served and deployed in the U.S. Army, leading soldiers both stateside and in combat—an experience that shaped my leadership, discipline, and ability to perform under pressure.
